abstract |
The present invention provides an LED filament comprising: a partially light-transmitting substrate; an LED chip array on the front side of the substrate; a first broadband green to red photoluminescent material and a first narrowband manganese-activated fluorine and a second broadband green to red photoluminescent material covering the backside of the substrate. The LED filament may not include a narrowband manganese-activated fluoride red photoluminescent material on the backside of the substrate, or may include a second narrowband manganese-activated fluorine on the backside of the substrate red photoluminescent material in an amount up to 5 wt% of the total red photoluminescent material content on the backside of the substrate. |
