abstract | The invention discloses the application of a COX6C protein in the preparation of a kit for diagnosing early pregnancy loss. The kit can diagnose early pregnancy loss by detecting the expression level of the C-terminal 50-150 amino acids of COX6C in the sample tissue of the subject. Compared with the expression level of COX6C protein in normal controls, the expression level of COX6C protein in the sample tissues of patients with early pregnancy loss was significantly down-regulated. The present invention can effectively determine whether the subject suffers from early pregnancy loss by detecting the expression level of the COX6C protein in the sample tissue of the subject; and it is found that COX6C can regulate the process of cell apoptosis and provide protection in the process of early pregnancy loss effect. It has important research significance and clinical application value for early pregnancy loss. |
