titleOfInvention A Molecular Marker C768 for Identifying Ammonia Nitrogen Tolerance in Portunus trituberculatus and Its Application
abstract The invention provides a molecular marker C768 for identifying the ammonia nitrogen tolerance trait of Portunus trituberculatus and its application. The molecular marker C768 is a SNP marker, its nucleotide sequence is shown in SEQ ID No.1, the 679th base is A or T, and the ammonia nitrogen tolerance genotype is AT genotype. The present invention also uses the molecular marker C768 to design a pair of amplification primers with effective nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID No.2 and SEQ ID No.3. The molecular marker C768 and its amplification primers can identify and screen ammonia nitrogen-resistant Portunus trituberculatus individuals from the molecular level. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can effectively accelerate the process of breeding new varieties of Portunus trituberculatus resistant to ammonia nitrogen.
