The composite film of the present invention comprises: an organic flexible polymer matrix, and inorganic-organic hybrid perovskite filler particles, wherein the content of the filler particles relative to the total mass of the composite film is 1% by mass to 5% by mass , and the filler particles are present in the matrix in a monodispersed state. |
