The method of the invention uses sodium carbonate and calcium chloride as the initial raw materials for the reaction, uses the alkyl phosphate as the surfactant, and realizes the control of the particle size of the calcium carbonate by controlling the pH of the system in the reaction process. The invention has simple operation, mild reaction conditions and low price of experimental raw materials, and provides a direction for particle size control of industrially produced precipitated calcium carbonate.
