titleOfInvention | Petroleum and petrochemical waste gas adsorbent and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a petroleum and petrochemical waste gas adsorbent and a preparation method and application thereof. The petroleum and petrochemical waste gas adsorbent comprises the following components: silicon aerogel powder, aluminum-based additive, viscose agent and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the silica aerogel powder with an alcohol solvent, and then adding an aluminum-based additive for uniformly mixing; and finally, adding the viscose agent and water, uniformly mixing, kneading into a dough, extruding into strips, cutting into small sections, rolling into spheres with the diameter of 1-3 mm, and roasting to prepare the petroleum and petrochemical waste gas adsorbent. Compared with activated carbon, the petroleum and petrochemical waste gas adsorbent disclosed by the invention is high-temperature resistant, good in water resistance, strong in adsorption capacity, capable of being recycled for multiple times, safer and more environment-friendly. |
