The invention discloses a puncture needle and a puncture system. The puncture needle comprises an electrode tip and a sleeve which is sleeved with the electrode tip, the electrode tip is contained in the sleeve, so that the far end of the electrode tip is exposed out of the sleeve, a fluid channel is formed between the electrode tip and the sleeve, the fluid channel comprises at least one water outlet, the at least one water outlet is close to the far end of the electrode tip, and the at least one water outlet of the fluid channel is arranged at the far end close to the electrode tip, so that the far end of the electrode tip can be positioned quickly and accurately, and the safety of a puncture operation is improved. |
