abstract | The invention provides a test device and a method for measuring the diffusion degree of an insulating medium in sealing rubber, wherein the device comprises the insulating medium, buffer gas, a mass flow controller, a plenum chamber, a measuring chamber, a mass spectrometer, a fixing device, a material to be measured, a gas pressure meter, a vacuum pump, a tail gas collecting device, a plurality of switch valves and a plurality of gas pipes; the insulating medium and the buffer gas are respectively arranged in different containers and are connected to the plenum chamber through gas pipes, and the material to be measured is fixed between the plenum chamber and the measuring chamber through a fixing device. The tail gas collecting device and the vacuum pump are respectively connected to the measuring chamber through gas pipes, and the vacuum pump is also connected to the plenum chamber through a gas pipe. Each air pipe is provided with a switch valve. The invention provides a compatibility method, which can be used for more effectively verifying the compatibility of an insulating medium and a sealing rubber material. |
