titleOfInvention | Rapid detection kit applying anti-herpes simplex virus monoclonal antibody |
abstract | The application belongs to the field of monoclonal antibodies, and relates to a rapid detection kit applying an anti-herpes simplex virus monoclonal antibody, wherein the preparation method of the monoclonal antibody comprises the following steps: (1) taking the gD protein of the herpes simplex virus as an antigen to carry out mouse injection immunization; (2) detecting the serum titer of the immune mice; (3) fusing a mouse myeloma cell strain with serum titer meeting the requirement with spleen cells; (4) screening and expanding culture of hybridoma cells; (5) and (3) culturing the hybridoma cells in vitro to obtain the anti-herpes simplex virus monoclonal antibody. The method comprises the steps of immunizing a mouse by taking a herpes simplex virus gD protein as an antigen, and obtaining an anti-herpes simplex virus monoclonal antibody through cell fusion, screening, in-vitro culture and the like; and secondly, the anti-herpes simplex virus monoclonal antibody is used for developing a herpes simplex virus antigen detection kit, the kit is good in stability, the sensitivity, the specificity and the accuracy meet the requirements of clinical detection, and the detection method is simple and rapid. |
