The invention discloses a water-soluble aggregation-induced luminescent nanoparticle and a preparation method and application thereof. The water-soluble aggregation-induced luminescent nanoparticles are self-assembled from a single amphiphilic compound, and the structural formula of the amphiphilic compound is shown in formula (a), wherein: R 1 is selected from H, -CH 3 , -OH , -OCH 3 , -NH 2 , -N(CH 3 ) 2 , one of -F and -NO 2 , R 2 is selected from H, -CH 3 , -OH, -OCH 3 , -NH 2 , -N (CH 3 ) 2 , one of -F and -NO 2 , and n is an integer between 1 and 6. The aggregation-induced luminescent nanoparticle proposed in the present invention can be used for efficient cell imaging. In addition, the self-assembly property of the nanoparticle can also be used to carry drugs, nucleic acids, antibodies, etc., and has broad application prospects. |
