abstract The invention discloses a MOF material and a preparation method thereof, a proton exchange membrane and a preparation method thereof, and a fuel cell. The MOF material is composed of metal cobalt, norcamaline and methyl-(5-methyl-isoxazole-3 - group)-amine coordination formation. The MOF material was doped into the polymer substrate to obtain a composite proton exchange membrane of MOF and polymer. The MOF material of the present invention not only has good proton conductivity but also can avoid the crossover of liquid methanol from anode to cathode.
