abstract | The invention relates to the field of biomedical technology, in particular to a new target for resisting Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) infection: ancient protein 1 (archain 1, ARCN1), and its preparation for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis virus infection application in medicine. In the present invention, human neuroblastoma SH‑SY5Y is used as the target cell, and the effect of dihydroartemisinin on the gene expression of JEV-infected target cells is analyzed by transcriptome sequencing technology. It plays an important role in cell tumor SHSY5Y, and down-regulates the expression of ancient protein 1, which can significantly inhibit the infection of JEV. The invention provides a new target and treatment scheme for clinical prevention and treatment of nervous system disability caused by Japanese encephalitis virus infection. |
