abstract |
The application discloses a polymer microneedle for treating acute gout attack by inhibiting inflammatory factor release and a preparation method thereof. The needle tip of the microneedle is embedded with a medicinal preparation which is wrapped by a nano material and contains an effective dose of serine protease inhibitor; the pharmaceutical preparation contains 0.005-0.05 weight part of serine protease inhibitor, 0.05-0.15 weight part of sodium phosphate, 0.0025-0.025 weight part of mannitol and 0.005-0.025 weight part of sodium chloride. The microneedle is directly attached to the part with the symptom, and is simple and convenient; the medicament can fully play a role by wrapping the nano material for slow release, has better fixed-point and targeted treatment effects and higher medicament utilization rate; not only solves the problem that the systemic circulation of the serine protease inhibitor is difficult to act on the disease symptom part for a long time, but also avoids the problem caused by excessive use of the serine protease inhibitor in the systemic route. |
