abstract A light source module and a lighting device comprise a first light-emitting element, a second light-emitting element and a light-emitting module, wherein the first light-emitting element emits first color light with the peak wavelength of 390-470 nm; a first additional light emitting part which emits a second color light having a peak wavelength of 520 to 560 nm; and the second additional light-emitting part emits third color light with the peak wavelength being 610-660 nm, the third color light and the third color light are mixed to form the emitted light of the light source module, the spectrum of the emitted light is 380-660 nm, and compared with the spectrum of black body radiation with the same color temperature and brightness, the similarity S is more than or equal to 78%. The invention provides a light source module needle. The application provides a light source module and illumination lamps and lanterns that send similar heat radiation, emission spectrum is continuous, low blue light, and its spectrum has higher similarity at 380~660nm within range with heat radiation spectrum distribution, therefore has lower M/P value, can promote fast falling asleep.
