titleOfInvention A kind of all-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystalline phosphor coated with lead organic complex and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of an all-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystalline fluorescent powder coated with a lead organic complex, comprising the following steps: S1. adding metal halide PbX 2 , mandelic acid and oleylamine to octadecane In the alkene solution, stir at 60~160°C for 0.5~5h to obtain the solution of Pb-mandelic acid organic complex; S2. Add the oleic acid solution of cesium carbonate to the solution of Pb-mandelic acid organic complex. Under the condition of 80~180℃, react for 3s~30min, and post-treatment to obtain the all-inorganic lead halide perovskite nanocrystalline phosphor coated with lead organic complex; the molar ratio of metal halide PbX 2 to mandelic acid is 1:( 0.5-5); the molar ratio of implanted cesium ions to metal halide PbX 2 is (0.5-2):1. The fluorescent powder of the present invention has good fluorescent performance, can be stored stably in air environment, has a fluorescent quantum efficiency of about 48%, an emission peak at 519nm, and a half-maximum width of about 17nm, and has broad application prospects.
