titleOfInvention | Hydrophobic antifouling UV-curable coating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a hydrophobic antifouling ultraviolet curing coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of graphene-modified bisphenol A type epoxy acrylic resin; 20 parts by weight ~30 parts of reactive diluent; 20-25 parts of solvent; 5-10 parts of photoinitiator; 1-5 parts of leveling agent; 0.1-1 part of double bond-containing functional acrylic resin. The components are added into the reaction vessel according to their respective parts by weight, and the mixture is stirred and dispersed at a high speed for 3.5 to 5.5 hours. The present invention solves the toughness strength, abrasion resistance and self-healing problems of general antifouling coatings. |
