abstract | A catalyst for preparing methyl acetate by carbonylation of dimethyl ether, a preparation method and application thereof, the catalyst is a non-zeolite solid acid modified by a precious metal, and the non-zeolite solid acid is selected from Nb 2 O 5 ·nH 2 O, WO 3 /ZrO 2 , MoO 3 /ZrO 2 , B 2 O 3 /ZrO 2 , H 3 PW 12 O 40 , H 4 SiW 12 O 40 , H 3 PMo 12 O 40 , the precious metal is selected from Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt, Ag. The precious metal salt solution is injected into the solid acid suspension; the mixed solution is fully stirred and then transferred to a rotary evaporator for solid-liquid separation, and then reduced to obtain a catalyst. The catalyst is used for the carbonylation of dimethyl ether, and has the characteristics of high methyl acetate selectivity, simple preparation process, low cost, and good application prospect. |
