titleOfInvention | Application of TMEM184C in the preparation of drugs for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis virus infection |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of biomedical technology, in particular to a new target for resisting Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) infection: transmembrane protein 184C (Transmembrane Protein 184C, TMEM184C), and its preparation for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis Application in virus infection medicine. In the present invention, human neuroblastoma SH‑SY5Y is used as the target cell, and transcriptome sequencing technology is used to analyze the effect of dihydroartemisinin on gene expression of JEV-infected target cells. The present invention finds that TMEM184C is effective in JEV-infected human neuroblastoma SHSY5Y plays an important role in up-regulating the expression of TMEM184C, which can significantly inhibit the infection of JEV. The invention provides a new target and treatment scheme for clinical prevention and treatment of nervous system disability caused by Japanese encephalitis virus infection. |
