Application of TMEM184C in the preparation of drugs for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis virus infection |
abstract |
The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a new target of anti-Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) infection: transmembrane protein 184C (Transmembrane Protein 184C, TMEM184C), and preparation thereof for preventing or treating Japanese encephalitis Application of Viral Infection Drugs. The present invention takes human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y as the target cell, and uses transcriptome sequencing technology to analyze the effect of dihydroartemisinin on the gene expression of JEV-infected target cells. It plays an important role in SHSY5Y and up-regulates the expression of TMEM184C, which can significantly inhibit JEV infection. The invention provides a new target and a therapeutic scheme for clinical prevention and treatment of the incapacitation of the nervous system caused by Japanese encephalitis virus infection. |
