abstract | The invention discloses a polyisocyanurate-based flame-retardant gel polymer electrolyte and a preparation method thereof. The polymer electrolyte is prepared by using an isocyanurate-based monomer material and a lithium salt as raw materials, wherein : The isocyanurate-based monomer materials are diallyl propyl isocyanurate, triallyl isocyanurate, triglycidyl isocyanurate, bis(2-carboxyethyl) isocyanurate , one or more of three (2-acryloyloxyethyl) isocyanurate; lithium salt is selected from bistrifluoromethanesulfonimide lithium, bisfluorosulfonimide lithium, bisoxalate lithium borate , at least one of lithium difluorooxalate borate, lithium hexafluorophosphate and lithium tetrafluoroborate. The invention utilizes the polymerization of isocyanurate-based organic monomers to form a network, and through the thermal stability of the isocyanurate group itself, constructs a gel polymer electrolyte material with a flame retardant effect in-situ, and the preparation process is simple and controllable. The operation is simple, the obtained product has excellent performance, is safe, and is convenient for large-scale industrial production. |
