titleOfInvention Metal nanowire optical welding method, metal transparent conductive electrode and metal nanowire printing ink
abstract The invention discloses a light welding method of metal nanowires, which comprises the following steps: preparing a metal nanowire film on a substrate; the metal nanowire film comprises metal nanowires, a binder and an optical fluxing agent; the optical fluxing agent comprises more than one of metal nano particles, organic polyhalogen compounds, sulfonic esters, onium salts and metal salts; the metal nanowire film is irradiated under a light source with the wavelength of 200-2500nm, and the fusion of the overlapping points of the metal nanowires is realized under the action of an enhanced light field at the overlapping points of the nanowires and photo-thermal and fluxing agents of the enhanced light field. The invention also discloses metal nanowire ink used for the welding method. The metal nanowire printing ink and the optical welding method provided by the invention not only obviously improve the conductivity of the metal nanowire transparent electrode, but also increase the light transmittance, reduce the haze and enhance the oxidation resistance and the adhesion; and has the advantages of simple process, low energy consumption, low cost and large-area implementation.
