titleOfInvention | A kind of Delft Acidovorax and its application in the prevention and treatment of plant diseases |
abstract | The present invention discloses a delft acid-feeding bacterium and its application in preventing and treating plant diseases. It specifically involves a quenched strain of Delftia acidovorans (Delftia acidovorans) HY‑27, which has been preserved in the Guangdong Microbial Culture Collection Center on July 21, 2021, with the preservation number GDMCC No.61820 . The invention shows that the quenched bacterial strain can efficiently degrade the quorum sensing signal molecule and use it as the only carbon source for growth, and has a significant and rapid degradation effect on the OHHL quorum sensing signal molecule. Therefore, the quorum sensing communication of microorganisms can be blocked by degrading quorum sensing signal molecules, and the expression of pathogenic factors of pathogenic bacteria can be inhibited, so as to achieve the purpose of disease prevention and control. It has great application in the prevention and treatment of pathogens that rely on AHLs to mediate disease potential. It can reduce the abuse of chemical pesticides, and provides a new way and method for the biological control of diseases. |
