abstract The invention provides a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for compounding protective clothing and a preparation method thereof, wherein the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for compounding the protective clothing comprises the following components: 30-60 parts of C5 petroleum resin, 85-120 parts of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene, 1.0-4.0 parts of tackifying resin, 1.5-3 parts of rosin glyceride, 0.02-0.08 part of polyethylene glycol, 0.8-2 parts of cyclohexane 1, 2-dicarboxylic acid di (2-propyl heptyl) phthalate and 0.02-0.1 part of antioxidant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the components, heating the mixture to 50-60 ℃ in an oil bath, preserving heat for 2-5 hours at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, then heating the mixture to 150-165 ℃, stirring the mixture at the temperature of 150-165 ℃ at the rotating speed of 600-1000 rpm for reaction for 40-60 minutes, cooling the mixture to room temperature, and encapsulating the mixture to obtain the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for compounding the protective clothing. The hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive special for compounding the protective clothing has high bonding strength, stable viscosity, good heat resistance and excellent comprehensive performances. The fabric has the advantages of environmental protection and low odor, has wide application prospect in textile and clothing industries, is particularly suitable for protective clothing, can prevent water and sweat, and is not easy to lose stickiness.
