The present invention relates to a series of stereoisomers with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics, which have obvious differences in luminescence properties and biomedical activities, and a preparation method thereof. The present invention also utilizes that one isomer of the E/Z isomer pair has a high fluorescence quantum yield and emits strong fluorescence at room temperature, while the other isomer hardly emits fluorescence, and all The ability of the E/Z isomers to interconvert under illumination provides applications of the isomers as fluorescent probes in light-up cell imaging and in visual drug screening and development. |
