titleOfInvention | A kind of flexible conductive antibacterial material and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a flexible conductive antibacterial material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of flexible bioelectronic materials. It solves the problems in the prior art that it is difficult to stimulate the whole wound with hard electrodes, and ES therapy lacks the ability to control infection. The invention prepares polyaniline-sulfonic acid hyaluronic acid (SHA) hydrogel. Under weakly alkaline physiological conditions, the SHA in the hydrogel network can be in situ doped with polyaniline and maintain its conductivity, and the doped PANI is positively charged and has strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria. In addition, exogenous ES can enhance the antibacterial activity of the hydrogel. The hydrogel prepared by the invention can completely cover the wound, has similar electrical conductivity to human tissue, good biocompatibility and antibacterial property, and can be used to prepare products such as flexible conductive dressings. |
