The invention provides a low-foam low-volatilization high-efficiency semi-aqueous cleaning agent which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass, 30-50% of an organic solvent; 5 to 10 percent of surfactant; 1 to 5 percent of PH regulator; 1 to 3 percent of emulsifier; 0.5 to 2 percent of defoaming agent; 2 to 5 percent of brightener; the balance being deionized water. The cleaning agent can meet the requirements of no generation of a large amount of foams, almost no volatility, safety, no toxicity and easy biodegradation in the cleaning process; the components have strong intersolubility, can be prepared at high concentration, and are easy to carry and prepare; the cleaning agent can not only clean grease and rosin residue, but also effectively remove epoxy resin adhesive residue. The ion residue on the surface of the cleaned piece is extremely low; has higher flash point, can not burn and the like in high-temperature and high-pressure environment, is easy to transport and is safe. The cleaning agent can be widely applied to daily care of electronic products, cleaning of rosin residues after welding of electronic components and cleaning of steel meshes after screen printing. |
