The invention discloses a spiro compound and an organic light-emitting device thereof, and relates to the technical field of organic optoelectronic materials. The spiro compounds provided by the present invention are used as electron transport materials or hole blocking materials in organic light-emitting devices. Due to the rigid structure, it has a higher glass transition temperature and improves the film-forming properties and thermal properties of the compounds. Stability; the nitrogen-containing group in the compound has high electron affinity, which makes the compound have excellent electron conduction characteristics; at the same time, the compound of the present invention has a high HOMO energy level, which can effectively block holes from emitting light. In the layer, the recombination probability of electrons and holes in the light-emitting layer is increased, and the device exhibits high light-emitting efficiency and service life. In addition, when the compound is used as a cover layer in an organic light-emitting device, the external light reflection and extinction reaction can be effectively suppressed, and the light extraction performance can be improved, thereby improving the luminous efficiency and lifespan of the organic light-emitting device. |
