The synthetic method of the trifluoromethyl all-carbon quaternary carbon center-containing indole acetonitrile compound takes the simple and easily obtained trifluoromethyl indole alcohol compound and the trimethyl cyano silane as raw materials, takes the tris (pentafluorophenyl) borane as a catalyst, does not need to use a metal catalyst and a virulent inorganic cyanide as a cyanogen source, and has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple operation, high yield, wide range of reaction substrates and the like. |
