The structural features of the aggregates are characterized in real time, which has the characteristics of high acquisition accuracy and fast acquisition speed. Real-time monitoring is carried out in the large-scale continuous production process of the concentrator, and the structure of mineral aggregates is controlled in real time by adjusting the process parameters according to the characterization results collected in real time and the sorting indicators, so as to select the agglomerates with better sorting indicators. The process parameters of the process provide technical support for the application of the fine-grained iron ore agglomeration and separation technology, and realize the efficient development and utilization of the fine-grained complex refractory iron ore resources through the agglomeration and separation process. |
