The application belongs to the field of chemical engineering, and relates to a production method of a catalyst for meeting the requirement of low NOx emission of a diesel vehicle, which comprises the following steps: (1) adding a CHA type small pore molecular sieve as a carrier into an aqueous solution of a metal auxiliary agent, soaking, drying in a water bath, drying, and roasting to obtain a primary catalyst; (2) dissolving an active component in a polyol guiding agent, adding a primary catalyst into the polyol guiding agent with the active component, soaking, cleaning, drying and roasting to obtain a finished catalyst. The catalyst for diesel vehicle to reduce NOx emission is produced according to the method. According to the catalyst provided by the invention, the polyol guiding agent is added in the loading process, and the activity and the thermal stability of the finished catalyst are improved by improving the dispersion degree of the active components, so that the operation temperature window of the catalyst is widened. |
