The invention provides a metal-supported catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst is prepared by fully mixing a carrier and a soluble metal salt aqueous solution and immersing them in equal volumes, and then sequentially aging, drying and calcining the obtained mixed solution. In the metal-supported catalyst, the metal active components are highly dispersed on the surface of the support. The present invention also provides a method for preparing methanol by plasma-catalyzed methane oxidation, which comprises passing methane and oxygen into a dielectric barrier discharge plasma reactor filled with the above-mentioned metal-supported catalyst; , turn on the dielectric barrier discharge plasma reactor power supply for dielectric barrier discharge. The method uses a metal-supported catalyst, combined with a coaxial dielectric barrier discharge plasma reactor with circulating water as the ground electrode, and uses molecular oxygen as an oxidant to realize the oxidation of methane to methanol at normal temperature and pressure, wherein the methanol selectivity is as high as 49.7%. |
