abstract The invention provides an ibuprofen artificial antigen detection probe, a preparation method and application thereof. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is used as carrier protein, an artificial antigen of ibuprofen is prepared by an activated ester method, and the coupling ratio of the ibuprofen is rapidly determined by MALDI-TOF-MS. The artificial antigen is verified to have the same catalytic activity as HRP, and can be used in a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to realize qualitative analysis of ibuprofen in urine, so that the application range of the artificial antigen is expanded, and a simple and feasible new method is provided for immunoassay. The method has the advantages of high analysis sensitivity, high speed and cheap instrument, and can accurately analyze the ibuprofen content in the sample.
