abstract | The invention relates to a method for measuring the pepsin digestibility of animal protein feed, which comprises the following steps: 1) degreasing the crushed feed sample to obtain a degreased and non-enzymatic hydrolysis sample; 2) placing the degreased and non-enzymatic hydrolyzed sample in a container, adding a pepsin solution, and then carrying out constant-temperature oscillation digestion to obtain an enzymatic hydrolyzed sample, wherein the enzymatic hydrolyzed sample is a mixture of digestive juice and residues; 3) and (3) transferring all the samples subjected to enzymolysis to a volumetric flask, fixing the volume, shaking up, filtering out part of filtrate, measuring the content of crude protein in the part of filtrate, and calculating to obtain the pepsin digestibility of the feed sample by combining the content of the crude protein in the degreased samples which are not subjected to enzymolysis. Compared with the prior art, the method can realize accurate determination of the pepsin digestibility in the animal protein feed in a relatively short time, is easy to operate, reduces the use of easy-to-detoxify reagents, and reduces the reagent control cost and the laboratory safety risk. |
