The invention discloses primers of an influenza A N1/N2 subtype and a multiple loop-mediated isothermal amplification method, and the primers comprise primer pairs of influenza A N1 subtypes and influenza A N2 subtypes, wherein the influenza A N1 primer comprises: b3, F3, Loop B, Loop F, BIP, FIP; the primer A stream N2 comprises: b3 ', F3 ', Loop B ', BIP ' and FIP '.
