The application takes F6 and F7 generation Recombinant Inbred Line (RIL) populations containing 196 families, which are constructed by taking wheat materials with larger content difference of glutenin and subunits thereof as parents, as materials, carries out QTL positioning analysis by measuring the related phenotypes of the glutenin and the subunits thereof and combining genetic linkage map information, finds that a gene locus QGlu.6AS-3 influencing the glutenin and the subunits thereof exists on the short arm of wheat 6A chromosome, converts the SNP Whaas115339 closely linked with the gene locus QGlu.6AS-3 into a KASP marker, and the marker can be used for high-quality wheat molecular breeding.
