abstract | The invention provides a method for purifying arginine vasopressin. The crude product is dissolved in an aqueous acetonitrile solution, oxidized to obtain a crude cyclic peptide, and filtered; the filtrate is purified by a reversed-phase filler in two steps, and a salt transfer method is used. A high-purity, high-quality, and high-stability arginine vasopressin bulk drug can be obtained. By optimizing the purification method, controlling the pH value of the product components in the purification process, optimizing the ratio of acetic acid in the process of salt transfer, and reducing the ratio of organic reagents for isocratic elution, the content of easily degradable impurities in the product can be stabilized at ≤ within 0.10%. The purification method of the invention is simple and easy to operate, has few purification rounds, low reagent use cost, improves production efficiency, and effectively solves the problems of poor stability and low purity of arginine vasopressin. |
