The automatic batching system comprises a stirrer, a storage bin, a liquid storage tank and a concrete pressure detector; the lower part of the stirrer is provided with a weighing sensor; the control device controls the opening and closing of each valve according to the set material ratio, the sand rate value of the concrete is calculated according to the pressure value detected by the pressure detector, the coarse aggregate bulk density in the concrete ratio is analyzed to be maximum according to the detection numerical value and the design principle of the dense concrete ratio of the framework, the void ratio is reduced to be minimum, the optimal ratio is obtained, and the material ratio is readjusted according to the optimal ratio. The concrete test block manufacturing and test block compressive strength detection integrated production process is high in automation and intelligence, and solves the problems that workers are high in labor intensity, low in production efficiency and excellent in concrete proportioning. |
