titleOfInvention | Effector protein MoErs1 derived from rice blast germ as well as coding gene and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an effector protein derived from rice blast bacteria, and a coding gene and application thereof. The protein is a protein with an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No.1 in a sequence table; the nucleotide sequence for coding the protein is shown as SEQ ID No.2 in the sequence table. Experiments prove that the pathogenicity of rice blast bacteria is obviously reduced due to the knockout of the protein coding gene, and the accumulation of active oxygen of rice cannot be inhibited. The invention has theoretical guidance value for revealing the molecular mechanism of the interaction between the pathogenic bacteria and the host, analyzing the mechanism that the pathogenic bacteria breaks through the host defense and realizes the infection pathogenesis, and simultaneously, the invention is expected to design and screen the novel low-toxicity high-efficiency rice blast germ bactericide based on the expression and modification of the protein. |
