The invention uses acrylic monomer copolymer, emulsifier and ammonium persulfate as raw materials, forms a network structure with high cross-linking degree, strong rigidity, strong tensile performance and dense, and improves the stain resistance of latex paint; The PVC coating enhances the anti-fouling performance of the coating; the modified dispersant and hydrophobically modified siloxane additive are added to further enhance the anti-fouling performance of the exterior latex paint.
