titleOfInvention | Eluent based on protein detection and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an eluent based on protein detection, which comprises a compound A, a compound B, a surfactant and deionized water, wherein the compound A is R-C-X-O-R', wherein R is one of carboxyl, carboxylate group, sulfate group, phosphate group and phosphate group; x is one of N, O, P and S; r' is alkyl; compound B is a dipeptide. The eluent of the invention selects dipeptide, and the acidic environment with the pH value of 2-6 is adjusted, which can destroy the bonding force of antigen and antibody, so that the antigen-antibody compound is changed into antigen-antibody monomer, which is beneficial to the elution of antibody. Under the acidic environment, the compound A can wrap the free antibody and separate the antibody. The elution time of the eluent is short, the antibody can be eluted cleanly from the PVDF membrane or the NC membrane only by eluting for 1min, and no impurity band exists. |
