abstract | The invention discloses a detection method for quantitatively analyzing blood concentration of amlexanox in plasma, which comprises the steps of taking blood from the orbit of a Wistar rat after the amlexanox gavage treatment, centrifuging to obtain plasma, mixing the plasma with acetonitrile solution containing an internal standard, separating a detected plasma sample by using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system and a mass spectrum as a detection system, and detecting the detected plasma sample after gradient elution, wherein ions for quantitative analysis are respectively amlexanox: m/z 299.2 → 281.2, internal standard IS: m/z 259.9 → 116.1, amlexanox collision energy is 19V and internal standard collision energy is 15V. The invention has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, simple and quick sample pretreatment, short analysis period and the like, and is suitable for blood concentration determination, pharmacokinetic research and tissue distribution research of amlexanox in blood plasma. |
