The invention discloses a preparation method of matte ASA resin, belonging to the field of synthetic resin. In the invention, in the process of preparing the ASA resin by using an emulsion blending method, a functional group containing carboxyl or hydroxyl is introduced to the surface of the ASA graft copolymer, a functional group containing epoxy or amino is introduced in the process of bulk polymerization of SAN resin, and further, in the process of melt blending of the ASA graft copolymer and the SAN resin, the carboxyl or hydroxyl on the surface of the ASA graft copolymer can react with the epoxy or amino in the SAN resin, so that the interfacial bonding force between dispersed and encountered continuous phases is enhanced, and the improvement of the mechanical strength of the ASA resin is facilitated. In addition, as the SAN resin is 'anchored' on the surface of the dispersed phase ASA graft copolymer, the actual fixed substrate SAN capacity of the dispersed phase ASA graft copolymer is obviously enhanced, which is equivalent to increasing the size of the ASA graft copolymer, thereby being beneficial to reducing the resin glossiness and further preparing the matte ASA resin. |
