titleOfInvention | Fluorescent probe for selective recognition of Hg2+ containing phenoxazine and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a phenoxazine-containing fluorescent probe for selectively recognizing Hg 2+ and a preparation method thereof. The phenoxazine is selected as a fluorescent group as a building block of the molecular probe. The recognition group adopts thioacetal structure, and Hg 2+ ions can be detected by the instrument because of the desulphurization and deprotection of thioacetal to form the corresponding aldehyde, the molecular structure changes, and the photophysical properties change. The probe of the invention has the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, fast response speed, high sensitivity, good selectivity to Hg 2+ ions in a wide pH range, and can quickly detect trace amounts of Hg 2+ ions in aqueous solution. , the minimum detection limits of fluorescent probe compounds were 2.56×10 ‑8 mol/L and 3.83×10 ‑8 mol/L, respectively. |
