titleOfInvention Soil solidification material and preparation method based on solid waste and biological enzyme
abstract The invention relates to a soil solidification material based on solid waste and biological enzymes and a preparation method. The soil solidification material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22-35 parts of recycled aggregate, 20-30 parts of steel slag, and 16-30 parts of high-calcium fly ash 24 parts, 5-15 parts of biological enzymes, 10-18 parts of inorganic adsorbent, 8-20 parts of organic adsorbent, 25-35 parts of industrial waste gypsum, 20-30 parts of activator, 1-3 parts of sodium citrate, slaked lime 0.02‑0.2 servings. The invention adopts recycled aggregate, steel slag, industrial waste gypsum and high-calcium fly ash material as the main material of soil solidification material, so as to reduce the cost of solidified material. The adsorption material can effectively adsorb heavy metal ions and organic acids in the complex polluted soil, and the addition of organic adsorbents can effectively adsorb the organic matter in the complex polluted soil. The solidified material prepared by optimizing the proportion of the present invention can significantly improve the engineering performance of (polluted) soil, and has significant economic and environmental benefits.
