abstract The invention discloses a driver film with adjustable elastic modulus, a preparation method and a flexible driver. The invention uses elastomer precursors, initiators, cross-linking agents and organic solvents as raw materials, forms a film at the gas-liquid interface, and conducts photo-induced cross-linking by means of masking or patterned printing and dyeing, so as to prepare an adjustable elastic modulus. The elastic modulus of the actuator film can be adjusted in a wide range by adjusting the amount of raw materials added and the experimental parameters of photo-induced cross-linking. The actuator film with adjustable elastic modulus is simple in preparation method, readily available raw materials, and does not depend on mold forming, and the patterned region and the substrate region can exhibit different driving behaviors under the same air pressure. The invention also discloses a flexible actuator assembled with the actuator film with adjustable elastic modulus, which has strong structure design, rich and diverse gas-driven deformation behaviors, and can be applied to camouflaged skin and all-soft gripper.
