abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polyaniline/MoS2 electrode material. Using graphene oxide as carrier, pyrrole as nitrogen source and thiophene as sulfur source, nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide was obtained through a series of polymerization, activation, pre-oxidation and carbonization. Next, nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide is subjected to acid activation, thionyl chloride modification, p-phenylenediamine modification and aniline polymerization to obtain nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polyaniline. Finally, MoS 2 was loaded onto nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide-grafted polyaniline through hot water reaction to obtain nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide-grafted polyaniline/MoS 2 . Nitrogen-sulfur co-doped graphene oxide grafted polyaniline/MoS2 electrode, under the condition of current density of 1A/g, the specific capacitance is greater than 400F/g, after 800 cycles, the capacitance is more than 80% of the initial value. |
