The invention relates to the field of biological detection and analysis, in particular to an HPLC-MS/MS method for determining the drug concentration of triptolide in biological samples. The drug is extracted, and then the drug components in the supernatant are separated by high performance liquid chromatography, and then the drug is qualitatively detected and quantified using the high-resolution mass spectrometry multiple reaction monitoring mode, and the concentration of triptolide in plasma and various tissue samples can be determined. Analytical measurements were performed. The invention has the advantages of strong specificity, good precision and accuracy, high method recovery rate, no obvious matrix effect, good stability, rapidity, high throughput and high sensitivity. This method can be used to monitor the blood and tissue concentrations of triptolide, and guide the rational application of triptolide. |
