According to the invention, an aerodynamic field with repeated pressurization and pressure relief effects is established in the extraction drill hole, so that the blockage of a gas seepage channel of the drill hole and a gas flow channel in the extraction pipe can be removed, and the gas flow channel is dredged; and a gas seepage channel is added, so that the gas permeability of the coal body is effectively improved, and the aim of improving the concentration and flow of low-concentration extraction borehole gas is fulfilled.
