The viscose fiber is added to water containing a vinyl silane coupling agent and a double bond quaternary ammonium salt, and an initiator is added to generate a graft reaction, and then the fiber is washed with water and dried. In the invention, the quaternary ammonium salt with double bond is grafted to modify the viscose fiber, and the component with antibacterial function is introduced on the surface of the fiber. The rate reaches 98.51% and Staphylococcus aureus 99.75%, and there is no safety problem of antibacterial dissolution.
