The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing and reacting polysaccharide, adsorbent and salt solution to obtain oligosaccharide; the adsorbent is one or more of resin material and activated carbon material. The polysaccharide is one or more of cellulose and chitosan; the salt solution is one or more of LiBr solution, LiCl solution, ZnCl 2 solution and ZnBr 2 solution. The invention realizes the selective conversion of cellulose to oligosaccharides with a specific degree of polymerization (2-20), and the selectivity of the obtained oligosaccharides reaches more than 90%. At the same time, the present invention can increase the oligosaccharide concentration to more than 200g/L, and the highest oligosaccharide concentration reaches 247.1g/L. Moreover, the resin material used in the present invention can maintain stable properties through hydrogen peroxide oxidation regeneration. |
